We are sad to announce the departure of Dr Alan Molloy who is taking a two-year sabbatical to study the Tibetan language in northern India.
Dr Molloy started at Eastbound in 1988, then took over the practice from Dr Red Wright-Smith and Dr Kevin Green in 1996. He has since seen the clinic grow and change, pioneering the new state-of-the-art facilities that you see today.
Over his many years at Eastbound, Alan has grown a long-standing list of loyal patients. From skin checks and procedures, to further training in obstetrics, Alan has provided care to a diverse range of patients.
Additionally, Alan is well known for his work with the Tibetan refugee community, regularly seeing Tibetan monks and providing compassionate healthcare. He has built a long-standing relationship with the Dalai Lama, for which he founded a not-for-profit company, organising international tours for the Dalai Lama to Australia.
If you are seeking a new GP, Alan is recommending his patients see Dr Matthew Yap or Dr Aaron Rhodes.
